Telenor Group – a leading telecommunications company across the Nordics and Asia – asked Nion to be their strategic and long-term partner. Telenor sought to enhance the efficiency and collaboration between its business and IT departments and asked for support with initiating an Agile transformation
What solution did we deliver?
A preliminary study and pilot program: included defining and implementing the new agile development processes.
Organization-wide implementation: Nion delivered key roles to development teams, including e.g. Agile Team Lead, Solution Architect and Product Owner
Technical platform upgrade: Nion upgraded Telenor’s technical platform to a new Java and micro service based solution.
