My Onboarding Process
This was the first onboarding process that I went thorugh, and I have to say that I really enjoyed it. The process was well-structured and helped me feel very welcome. It also gave me a clear understanding of the company culture, which made settling in much easier.
Why Nion?
I first got to know Nion during my internship as an DevOps Engineer, and it was during that time I realized this was where I wanted to work. I was impressed by the company’s innovative approach, strong position in the market, and the range of impactful services we provide. What excites me most is the opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions in an environment that values both technical excellence and collaboration.
Unique Set of Skills
I bring a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. While I may not yet have decades of industry experience, I have a strong determination to get things right and see tasks through to completion. I take pride in staying focused under pressure and ensuring that the solutions I deliver meet a high standard.
Over the Next Year
Over the next year, I want to deepen my technical expertise, take on more complex tasks independently, and strengthen my ability to contribute to projects from start to finish. My goal is to become a trusted, reliable member of the team who can add value in both technical and collaborative aspects of our work.
How I Handle Setbacks
When challenges arise, I focus entirely on understanding the problem and breaking it down into manageable steps. I believe persistence, patience, and attention to detail are key to finding the right solution. I also value the input of colleagues — sometimes the best ideas come from open discussions.
